This two-day summit brings together change makers, community leaders and advocates across the country who are dedicated to ensuring that children and families have equitable access to the tools and resources they need to thrive.

LEARNING TRACKS
For the 2025 program, participants will be able to explore learnings about interdisciplinary collaborations, community-led policy & advocacy strategies, and democratizing data for social impact within the following content tracks:
Education
This learning track will offer interactive sessions on collective leadership, power-sharing, and coalition-building strategies that promote sustainable, community-driven solutions in education and care. There will be a special focus on democratizing data through data sovereignty strategies and participatory action research methods.
Community Food Systems
This learning track will provide sessions that share frameworks, strategies, and case studies to advance just, community food systems. Attendees will have opportunities to learn from local leaders who are working to develop equitable and resilient local food systems through a multi-levered approach, including community-led policy and advocacy efforts, mobilizing communities through coalition building, and leveraging interdisciplinary collaboration for strategic change.
Birth Justice
This learning track will offer cross-sector dialogue and skill-building sessions focused on dismantling systemic barriers, supporting innovative care models, and advancing birth justice through policy and practice. There will be a special focus on practices rooted in culturally affirming, anti-racist models that center birthing people and families of color.
Health
This learning track will showcase concrete frameworks for integrating community wisdom and interdisciplinary strategies to improve childhood and family health, mental health, and well-being. With a special focus on innovative care models such as Dyad Group Care, this track will explore ways to improve health outcomes through dignity-centered systems change. Through a mix of panel discussions, research presentations, and interactive labs, the track will cultivate strategies for sustainability, build capacity and connections across sectors, and strengthen collective actions.

Submit Your Project:
We invite participants to submit project abstracts to be considered for our 2025 Lightning Talk Program. This session focuses on lifting up data stories and community leadership efforts across the country – research projects, community narratives, and community advocacy work – focused on child health equity and wellbeing.

We invite participants to submit a proposal to host a session or workshop during one of the concurrent sessions for the 2025 Summit. Workshop space is limited, and we encourage you to review the Summit theme and learning track descriptions to ensure alignment with this year’s event.
