Below are suggested ticket prices. We encourage organizations with the resources to support participants’ access to choose a ticket price accordingly.
Continuing Education (CE) can be added to any ticket type when registering and will reflect the additional education credit fee of $50. Learn more about Continuing Education credits here.

Health & Safety Policy
To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone, we strongly advise you not to attend the summit if you are not feeling well or if you have had close contact with a person who has symptoms of COVID-19 within the past 14 days. We encourage you to test for COVID-19 at home prior to attending. If you have tested positive for COVID-19, please do not attend.
At the summit, we will offer a color-coded lanyard system for attendees to select their preferred level of contact with others, and we encourage everyone to respect and follow these community guidelines. The use of masks is encouraged. We will also have masks and rapid COVID-19 test kits available on site.
Cancellation Policy
Registrations canceled before October 8, 2026 will be eligible for a 75 percent refund. The refund excludes any non-refundable expenses incurred by Vital Village Networks and retained vendors. Registrations canceled after October 8, 2026 will not receive a refund.
Registration fees may be transferred to another individual. The invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant and ticket type. Please note that Continuing Education Credits will follow the same refund and transferability policies as stated above.
