FAQs
Registration Fees
Vital Village Networks aims to make registration for the summit as accessible as possible. The cost of registration is on an accessible scale. If your employer will cover the cost of your registration, please register using the Full Summit Standard Cost option.
The costs for students and Boston-based community champions remain low and represent a commitment to attend, given limited space capacity. If you would like to attend and the cost is prohibitive, please reach out to us at summit@vitalvillage.org.
Cancellation Policy
Registrations canceled before October 8, 2026 will be eligible for a 75% refund. The refund excludes any expense incurred by the registration company and the percentage that goes toward the conference. Registrations canceled after October 8, 2026 will not receive a refund.
Registration fees may be transferred to another individual. The invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant’s membership status.
Please contact summit@vitalvillage.org with questions or requests.
Health & Safety Policy
To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone, we strongly advise you not to attend the summit if you are not feeling well or if you have had close contact with a person who has symptoms of COVID-19 within the past 14 days. We encourage you to test for COVID-19 at home prior to attending. If you have tested positive for COVID-19, please do not attend.
At the summit, we will offer a color-coded lanyard system for attendees to select their preferred level of contact with others, and we encourage everyone to respect and follow these community guidelines. The use of masks is encouraged. We will also have masks and rapid COVID-19 test kits available on site.
