Scholarship and other technology supports: Vital Village aims to ensure that all who are interested in participating have the ability to fully participate, but we understand that technology can act as a barrier. Through a generous donation from Tech Goes Home we have a limited number of scholarships available to provide technology access supports (a chromebook and broadband internet access) to aid full participation in the virtual summit. Applicants must live in the greater Boston, Massachusetts area.
Cancellation policy: Registrations canceled before October 3, 2022 will be eligible for an 75% refund excluding any expense incurred by the registration company and percentage that goes towards the conference. Registrations canceled after October 3, 2022, will not receive a refund. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual, the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant’s membership status.
Language interpretation in Spanish and Haitian Creole will be available throughout the event.
