2021 Virtual Poster Program

Abstracts may be submitted until October 1, 2021 at 11:59pm EST

Please select your category when submitting an abstract

  1. Data storytelling poster

  2. Research or evaluation to address health and educational equity and wellbeing

  3. Community leadership stories and lessons learned responding to and emerging from the COVID-19 pandemic

  4. Community leadership for social change - advancing racial justice

 

Data Storytelling Abstracts should answer the following questions:

  1. What data will you use to tell your story? 

  2. How will your data support your story?(Illustrate current issues, raise concerns, express community voices, measure progress of advocacy-related work)

  3. What type of visualization will be used? (e.g. graphs, tables, infographics, data maps, pictures)

  4. What impact or lessons can be learned from the story?

 

We recommend including the following elements in your abstract​

  1. Title

  2. Authors

  3. Author Affiliations

  4. Background 

  5. Methods/Community Narrative

  6. Results/Impact

  7. Conclusions

  8. Acknowledgements

Abstracts should be 250 words or less.

Posters will be electronically displayed within the conference platform. ​ 

 

If accepted, you will receive instructions for formatting and submitting as a PDF, Google Slide deck, video presentation (mov or mp4) or interactive document. 

 

Final posters must be submitted by October 12, 2021.
